Mainward´s Offshore Outsourcing Program has 3 phases

  1. Program definition:
    Client collects imformation from us through various means (including RFI/RFP) and decides on the pilot.
  2. Program Design & Transition:
    In this phase Mainward undertakes the pilot, and understands the actual efforts involved in the work, which is being outsourced. Simultaneously we provide clients with a view on the efforts, time and quality.
    This increases the comfort level of the client. Discussions with client help to select an appropriate model, create environment, provide training, and roll up for ongoing production phase.
  3. Production Phase:
    Full-fledged production as per client´s instruction set. Client is made aware of daily, weekly and monthly metrics, which cover work completed, defects, and savings.
